1. Your Agreement with Virtual Bar

Please review these Virtual Bar Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "your") and Virtual Bar developed by Kruel Tech LL.C., including its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Virtual Bar," "we," or "us") for the use of the Virtual Bar website (the "Site").

Access to and use of the Site are conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Users are responsible for necessary equipment. Virtual Bar does not guarantee uninterrupted Site availability and is not liable for technical errors.

12. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty. Virtual Bar does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or accuracy of information.

13. Liability Limitation

Virtual Bar's liability is limited to actual damages and will not exceed the amount charged from you in U.S. dollars. Users agree to the disclaimer and limitations as a reasonable allocation of risk.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Virtual Bar from claims arising from using or misusing the Site.

15. Termination Rights

Virtual Bar may terminate user access at its discretion, with no liability.

16. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Wa State, and users waive the right to a jury trial. Class arbitration is waived, and disputes must be initiated within 180 days in the Concilliare System at www.concilliare.com  

17. General Legal Terms

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable. Virtual Bar may assign this contract at any time. Users may not assign this contract. The State of Washington governs this Agreement.
