Partial Refunds: If you have accessed some materials but no more than 25% of the content (including practice exams), you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining unused portion. Contact customer support for assistance.
No Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after you have accessed more than 25% of the content, completed any full practice exams, or exceeded the 7-day grace period. This policy allows us to ensure the integrity of our study materials and protect the value of our program for dedicated users.
